What photo should I send?

A sharp, well-lit photo (daylight is best) taken at your pet's eye level, with their face clearly visible. Send the full-size photo, not a screenshot. Not sure yours will work? Send it anyway and we'll tell you.

Will it really look like my pet?

That's what the preview is for. We send it before anything is printed. If it isn't right, we'll redo it. If it's still not right, you get a full refund.

How long does it take?

Your preview arrives by email within 24 hours. Once you approve it, your print is made in the UK and delivered in 4–6 working days.

Can you include more than one pet?

Yes. Choose the 2 pets option and send a photo of each. We'll put them together in one portrait.

Is it hand-painted?

No. Each portrait is custom digital artwork created from your photo, then printed on premium matte paper. That's how we can send previews quickly and keep prices fair.

What size is it, and does it come framed?

Every portrait is A3 (29.7 × 42 cm). Choose framed and ready to hang, in black, white or natural wood (£59), or an unframed print (£39) if you'd rather pick your own frame.

Can I order a portrait of a pet who has passed away?

Of course. Our Classic style is especially popular as a memorial. Older or blurrier photos can be harder, so send what you have and we'll let you know what's possible.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by 8 December for framed portraits and 10 December for unframed prints. Ordering earlier gives time for any preview changes.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it for free.
